Subby pricing starts at ₦5,000 per month. Starter costs ₦5,000/month, Growth costs ₦50,000/month, and Scale costs ₦200,000/month. Each plan includes payment nudges and API write calls. Enterprise pricing is custom—speak to sales for a tailored plan.
Yes. You can compare monthly and yearly Subby pricing on this page. Yearly pricing is the equivalent of 12 monthly payments. Speak to sales to confirm billing terms and your payment currency.
A nudge is an additional payment follow-up to a customer. It comes after the general reminder, unsuccessful collection and retries, and an overdue notice. Nudges help you follow up on payments that still need attention.
Starter includes 50 nudges per month, then ₦50 per extra nudge. Growth includes 300, then ₦35 per extra nudge. Scale includes 500, then ₦25 per extra nudge. Your plan and nudge subtotal is your plan fee plus extra nudge charges. API overage is billed separately.
Scale costs ₦200,000/month and includes 500 nudges. At 1,500 nudges, the additional 1,000 cost ₦25 each: ₦25,000 in overage and ₦225,000 total for the plan and nudges that month.
Enterprise uses a custom monthly base fee and includes unlimited nudges with a soft cap of 5,000 nudges per month. Monthly nudge overage charges are capped at ₦100,000, so your plan and nudge bill will not exceed your agreed base fee plus ₦100,000. Speak to sales to agree on pricing and usage terms.
Enterprise includes an SLA and dedicated support, with unlimited API calls. Speak to the Subby team about your integration and service requirements.
Only write operations — POST, PATCH, and DELETE requests — count toward your monthly API allowance. Read-only GET requests are unlimited and do not count. Starter includes 5,000 write calls, Growth includes 50,000, Scale includes 500,000, and Enterprise includes unlimited calls per month.
For Starter, Growth, and Scale, API usage above the included monthly allowance costs ₦0.10 per 1,000 write calls. This is separate from nudge overage. Enterprise includes unlimited API calls.
